If library staff is assisting you when placing a hold, the hold pickup defaults to the location where the hold is being placed. Let assisting staff know if you want to pick up the hold at another branch.
When placing a hold online log into your library account and click here. Select the My Account link at the top of the page. Enter your Library Card # and PIN/Password, click the Log In button. If you forgot your PIN/Password, click on the Forgot My PIN link, and follow the directions. Go to the Personal Information tab, Select the Preferences tab, select your Preferred Pickup Library from the drop-down menu. Select the Update button. You only need to set this up once, all future holds placed online will default to your selection, until you change the default pickup location.
