I placed several holds on my card but don't want them all coming in at the same time.  What can I do to stagger when they arrive without losing my place in queue?

You can suspend your holds online or with staff support. so you select when the hold is delivered. This is especially useful if you have holds on popular items or are going on vacation. To suspend online click on the My Account link, enter your card number and PIN/Password.  Select the Holds tab. Check the title(s) you want to suspend and click on the Edit/Suspend Holds button. Do not change the Start Date leave this as is. Enter your End Date up to one year, and click on the Suspend button. The status of the hold should change from Pending to Suspended.

Please note that holds can only be suspended for one year.  If a hold is suspended for over one year it will auto-unsuspend.
