We have been trying to view some of the videos on Hoopla but we keep getting this message; even early morning: "The collective daily borrow limit set by your library has been reached and will reset at midnight. Please browse and add titles to favorites so you can easily access them after midnight." Can you help?

Because of the way Hoopla’s licensing works, the number of items that can be checked out daily in all of OC Public Libraries is limited. The daily limit for Hoopla resets at midnight, so you can try again the next day. Apologies for the inconvenience.
